Id say if youre on the fence about switching to a new insurance I would give them a call. Summer is professional and respectful but also really nice. The atmosphere she brings makes you forget youre talking to your insurance, and makes it feel more like a nice talk with your friend who happens to know a lot about insurance.
They have always found a great policy within my budget and exceeded my expectations as well. In fact they ended up covering more for less.
