  I am a new patient and Dr. Marino and his staff have been absolutely amazing! I am not a fan of the dentist and they have a warm and welcoming environment. They care about you and your oral health! Staff is friendly and super helpful.

  I was told I needed additional cleaning on a few teeth. Office staff never sent the pre-approval to my insurance even though I called my insurance to ask why it was taking so long. My insurance called them directly and some of the codes weren’t right. Even after that, they still failed to submit the pre-approval for said cleaning. I liked Dr. Todd, office staff dropped the ball…twice and failed to send to sent in a RX to pharmacy.

  The staff was WONDERFUL, dentist was great. However, I’ve had an inclusion for 8 years that hasn’t progressed, told the doc I didn’t want to mess with it. He insisted we repair and I caved. The repair broke twice, they repaired it but after the third time I went to another doc. Was not going back. Ever since, my jaw has hurt when I eat tough meat. Never had an issue before drilling. I should have gone with my gut and told them to not drill. Once ya drill, you can’t un-drill. Don’t let them convince ya to do procedures that are not bothering you. Again the staff was wonderful, I just wish they didn’t go against my wishes.

  Visited Todd's office for the first time today and I was exceptionally pleased with my experience. All of the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Staff was extremely good about discussing costs and estimates under my insurance coverage. I walked out feeling like they genuinely had my best interests in mind when discussing options and proceedures. My hygienist was extremely nice and careful. No unnecessary gouging or pain. I did, unfortunately have a infection in one of my teeth (likely due to an injury I suffered as a child). Todd did a very good job of explaining the x-rays and making sure I understood the diagnosis and preventative steps (a root canal). My wife had a similar positive experience with Todd. I would highly recommend this dentist.
