  The staff at the Houston Galleria location was professional however, pay close attention before purchasing any of Tods driver's shoes. The insole does not fit snuggly in the shoe. I brought my new pair back after wearing them twice. They make noises when I walk and are sloppy on my feet. Unfortunately, I was told this how they are designed and there is nothing Tods will do about it. I'm rating one star because of the poor quality shoes. I would expect more from a $600 pair of shoes.

  All of the employees were fantastic. Special shout out to Michael. I was a little peeved because of some wear and tear I had experienced and asked for some help. Michael went above and beyond to fix the shoes and even offered to cover the costs to overnight the shoes to me. Upon arrival, the craftsmanship of the fixed shoes were perfect. It looked like the original when I first purchased the shoes. Michael’s responses and updates were timely and I felt he really cared about taking the time to check in on me. Highly recommend this Tods store.

  I love the Brand. Good Quality/Price/Brand The seller is Excellent, nice, helpful. Very attentive, target your need. Presents well every single item and accessory. The nice little bearded man 🎩🎩🎩

  Sales associate was extremely nice and helpful, as has been everyone I've dealt with in the past at this location.. would highly recommend
