  I picked up my espadrilles yesterday and LOVE them!! I had a wonderful experience working with Justin!! His attention to detail and genuine assistance made my purchase experience truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the seamless teamwork between Justin and Titus, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting this boutique for top-notch service!!

  UPDATE: took shoes to store in North Park and NO questions asked they sent them for repair in new york. Tod's customer service was top notch today. Original post: I purchased 2 pair of almost $900.00 loafers (a piece) about 2 months ago. I have literally only worn a pair 2 times (yesterday and today), and they have burst at the seams. Smh, this is beyond disappointing, and i definitely won't be buying another pair of shoes from there. I have Coach shoes (several pair) that I can wear dozens of times and they won't burst at the seams. TF.

  This brand is great, but what was so impressive to me was the staff at the Northpark mall location. They were so friendly, patient, and welcoming. Those things are not always true at high end stores, but I was incredibly impressed with Brian and the whole staff. I will go back, and also recommend to friends.
