The outside appeal from the street when we walked by caught us and drew us in. From the moment we sat down the experience was bad. The tables were dirty and just covered with paper tablecloths, which made the place feel unsanitary and low-effort before we even ordered. Honestly, it was our mistake not to get up and leave right then. The service was dismissive and rude, and the staff’s tone toward our table was clearly different from how they treated others — enough that we walked out feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Whether intentional or not, it absolutely felt like we were being treated differently because of who we were. Our order was taken carelessly, parts of it were forgotten, and the food that did show up was bland, unappealing, and poorly prepared. Then it got worse: we found a hair embedded in the food. We quit eating, and just politely asked for the check. Between the hygiene issues, the sloppy food, the mistakes, the attitude, and the way we were made to feel, this was a miserable experience from start to finish. We will never be back, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to choose somewhere — anywhere — else.
