  Rory and Mark were instrumental in pinpointing what was broken with my under-counter True Refrigerator. They also took the extra measure to protect all finishes within the house. Excellent work. I would highly recommend TNR.

  Pretty darn expensive and they have yet to fix the problem. Wish we had gone with someone else. Scheduling is a bit of a nightmare (been waiting weeks on the same issue), with wide windows of when they might come during the day.

  After being scammed by another appliance repair service pretending to be sent by Miele, we were finally able to get our washing machine fixed by a legit repairman. Tim and company were great! They came earlier than scheduled, it took them less than 90 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem. They made sure the machine was working properly before they left. They also gave us maintenance tips for our machine. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Highly recommend.

  Contracted for a warranty repair for a kitchenaid fridge. Tech (Kyle) called for a 20 minute warning, then never showed. Called the office and spoke to Morgan an hour and a half later, who said that the tech knocked... Except neither my dog or I heard said knock. Office says tech waited 10 minutes, but didn't bother to call when we didn't hear his limp wristed knock. When I questioned this, Morgan became upset and combative about using common sense. I requested to reschedule, and was advised to find someone else, so here I am advising you, reader, to find someone else as well
