Lights installed without any hassle and they take them down in January. Easy Peasy! Caitlin has been great to work with as has Wilder! Would absolutely recommend them!

He quickly identified several zones that needed repairs and a few parts that required replacement. Jacob was extremely detailed in explaining what needed to be done and assured me that he would have my system running properly again. When he returned to complete the repairs, he did a phenomenal job! You could hardly tell where any digging had been done, and the system is now working perfectly. He even took the time to program my zones before leaving. I’m very pleased with Jacob’s work and with Caitlyn and her team’s excellent service. Highly recommend!

We've always been very pleased with their customer service. and TLC service techs have always been helpful and polite. Recently we upgraded the sprinkler heads and installed a WIFI enabled system. The crew (Edwin, Donny and Dave) could not have been more efficient, professional and personable. But we had difficulty connecting to the WIFI . The crew identified the problem ( the system required a slower WIFI than I had) and they remained at the house/assisted until it was completely resolved, offering reassurance that they were happy to stay until it was right. (It ultimately took nearly 3 hours working with my WIFI provider and the irrigation controller company). I was so impressed and grateful. And the system is working great! (BTW, if you are interested in such a system, you need 4G WIFI... if you have 5G, your provider can create a redundant network; one 4G for the sprinkler et al, and one 5G for faster connectivity at home...both can be used together and there was no additional charge)
