They have been broken consistently for 2 years (since the building opened). Pieces of the hardware (buttons, etc) have literally fallen off into my hands. Takes over 12 hours to get service techs out even though we are classified as critical infrastructure. Unreal! DO NOT USE!!!

I have never dealt with anything like this in 25 years of business. They are a great sell with NO follow through. DO NOT USE THEM .
