- DDDaniel Hall (Daye)Feb 16, 20171.0Avoid business with this company OR at least have a VERY thorough contract that covers your establishment from a financial stand point and maintenance!!! I'm a resident in a new facility and their elevators have been breaking down on average EVERY 2 weeks over a 5 month span (I wouldn't be surprised if it continues for a few more). When these elevators are broke down it's typically for an entire evening until 7/8 the next/current morning. They've been out EACH time and seem to not be able to correct the issues of elevators that they installed and programmed. AVOID
