    Elevator in my building went down manager called TKE. 2 weeks goes by no elevator they finally show up "fix" the issue and less than 24 hours later elevator is down again. Every time this company is called they "fix" the elevator but it breaks down 1-3 days later.

    Multiple issues with elevator, biggest complaint is the poor service and lack of communication when a issue is reported. Service tech’s don’t show even after opening multiple tickets & regency numbers through their quote unquote 24/7 line. Multiple calls still without resolution or a simple courtesy call back. Will be looking at switching from this company as soon as possible. Would give 0 stars if I could
