  My apartment building has been waiting for almost 2 MONTHS for TKE to repair our non working elevator! That's obscene.

  Worst elevator servicers ever. I live in a community where one of the elevators goes down CONSTANTLY. It's been 4 times since I've lived here and its been 10 months. When I first lived here we had one elevator for a whole month cuz they were waiting on the repair part. I work in international logistics and even if it came from overseas, its easy to get express transit time that takes 2-3 days. TK elevators will take their sweet time repairing the breaks every single time. When theres 150+ people (honestly probably more) and just one elevator, and no access to stairs, its ridiculous. We have stairs but the stairways only allow access to the street and not the garages where our cars are. Get your things together TK.

  I have a dear best friend of 30 years whom almost passed due to Covid. I have flown back and forth to Minnesota and was taken back buy the beauty and kindness of people. I scoured her house to make sure when she came home she could navigate her new life. See, she can’t walk to far without getting winded. Her lungs are damaged and can’t breathe without oxygen. I was assured the elevator was perfect. I have checked in on her over and over and her ELEVATOR is still not fixed. She has to wear a pulse ox to make sure she doesn’t pass out on the way to the stairs! PLEASE DO BETTER OR OFFER A SCOOTER OR SOMETHING!!!!
