  If you are deciding between this company or another to service your elevator, you may want to skip this one! We were promised that we were on a priority list because we have one elevator. We were told the service technician will be out that day. I called every 3 hours to find out what the prognosis was. I was told on more than one occasion that they could not reach my technician but to be assured he would be at our location by 4:00 p.m. he never showed! Also we were never given a phone call! Not to mention, this is the second time with the same problem only one week later. Absolutely horrible customer service, and even worse servicing of the elevator!

  Unfortunately I cannot post the video I took of the elevators they JUST REDID at our apartment building. It shakes, rattles, and clunks more than it did before Thyssen got their hands on them. Also, the first elevator they finished didn’t even work half the time due to “low oil pressure”. The crew said there wasn’t anything they could do because when they would show up Monday morning it was working just fine. So we would have two/three elevators working Monday-Thursday and one/three elevators working Friday-Sunday. It was a mess. They are taking way longer to complete this project as well. Huge inconvience to all the people that live here!!! If I were in charge, I would have fired them after the first one broke down after “being completed”.
