    Poor communication and absolute lack of follow through. Calling in only gets you a main office and when you call they have no notes from the last call. Is it possible to give zero stars?

    Worst company ever! Treats their customers like garbage. No communication. Never keeps their word regarding appointment times. I can say their technicians are good and personable, but until you actually have a tech on site, they are a nightmare to deal with.
