I keep trying to get good customer service from this group, but TJ just doesn’t seem to care and hasn’t even bothered to call me.

I had been with geico for 20 years. Didn’t have much of a reason to switch insurance carriers until we had a car accident and had to switch due to increased premiums. We looked around a lot and had an agent help us find someone. They recommended TJ Olsen and I’m so glad they did! Everything is so easy about insurance through State Farm. I love that when I need to call the office to talk about my policy or change it, they answer my phone calls, no waits ever, my information pops up, and every call is quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Allee was incredible! We transferred our information from another State Farm agent, and Allee was able to cut our bill more than in half. She obviously cares and is passionate about providing the best insurance for the best price. Highly recommended allowing her to at least run you a quote and see what potential savings you can find even between agents.
