TITLE Boxing Club Woburn is a full-body, authentic heavy bag workout designed to build your fitness, control your breathing, and clear your mind.
You won't just learn how to punch, but how to box in an accessible, no-judgment environment.
Over everything, we are dedicated to showing people of all ages, shapes, and abilities that there is no feeling like ripping a heavy bag!
This gym was overpriced and underwhelming. The workouts were mediocre, and staff spent more time gossiping than coaching. Trainers and the people always trying to sell you something extra would complained about ownership, pay, and hours in front of or even with members, which created an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Much of the boxing training team didn’t present themselves in a way that set an example of fitness. Now they’re closing, supposedly because the lease “wasn’t renewed.” Goodbye and good riddance — future customers will save their time, money, and frustration.

I am writing this review to warn others about the dishonest business practices of this gym. What seemed like a straightforward one-month trial turned into a nightmare. They make it nearly impossible to cancel, insisting that you must do so in person, despite the fact that everything else can be handled online.
After struggling to cancel this predatory membership, I was shocked to receive a debt collection notice for the grand total of $1000. it's a scam designed to harass and intimidate customers.
Save yourself the headache and the stress. Look for a gym that values its members and operates with transparency, not one that uses shady tactics to lock you into a contract and then sends debt collectors over a trivial amount. Avoid this place at all costs.

I started as a member at Title Boxing a couple years ago as part of my self improvement journey. I aim for 4 hours or more of HIIT training every week to improve V02 Max and cardiovascular health. (I liked the irony of HIIT training that actually let you hit things).
In that time along with some strength training and diet changes I managed to go from a size 2XL to a Small. Reducing my overall weight by 50 pounds and my biological age by 7 years. Big improvements start with small changes that you can keep doing for life. Boxing is fun and I will be doing this for a long time.
