  My wife and I recently joined Title, and have nothing but great things to say about the gym, it’s members and trainers. If you want to get your butt kicked in the most rewarding way and then have to peel your sweat soaked shirt off your back, this is the place you’ve been looking for!!

  I joined the Title Boxing Gym in Norwood MA in July of 2018. Title has helped me transform my life. When I joined, I was in the worst shape of my life. Due to multiple surgeries on my knees and feet, I hadn't been able to exercise in over a decade. Since July, 2017 I have lost 78 lbs and I feel great. I could not have done this without the help and support of all of the title staff and members. I usually attend one class, six days a week and sometimes seven days a week. The classes offered are fun, intense and challenging. The staff at title is amazing. They are extremely welcoming and friendly. Every trainer is willing to help anyone at anytime. If you are looking to change your life, title is the place for you. One class at a time and one day at a time is all it takes. I look forward everyday to going to title for my daily workout.

  Awesome club! Great workout, staff is knowledgeable, friendly & helpful AND it's super CLEAN!! You walk in, and you can tell they clean on a daily basis - even the bathrooms! I love that it's inclusive of gender, age and ability, and the owner actually takes the time to get to know all the of the members. How many places does that happen?!
