  We had a severe plumbing issue and Titanz team came out, explained everything in detail that needed to be done. Shared camera findings. Very professional , friendly and prompt were all the technicians. Office staff ( Bree) was also friendly and prompt. Overall we are happy with the job. I only gave 4 stars because they offered us financing but the link wouldn’t work and I went back and forth trying to troubleshoot why and no one had any idea why or offered any other solution so it took us a month to get our work done to find the financial means to pay for such an ($5500) expensive repair.

  I really appreciate this company’s professionalism. I am a repeat customer. Today I had Matt out to check out our water pressure. He tested several things and came back with an honest assessment of our situation. He’s a trustworthy person and great at his job!

  Titanz did an excellent job Updating my pool shower. A few had looked at the job and passed as it was a precise job as well as a Tricky one . We will use them again

  Tommy was on time. He was courteous. He was knowledgeable and communicated well as to what was going on in our situation. He diligently worked our problem.
