The quality of our water is an environmental issue caused by our woods and marshy terrain. He proposed a water conditioning system that will help. I plan to purchase one in the future. I will definitely hope he will install my system at that time!!
- KMKathy McMurraySep 5, 20251.0I tried to clean my kitchen faucet. When I unscrewed the top apparently the hose fell down. I am a recent widow and frankly this is all new to me. The technician arrived promptly and was courteous. He quoted me $635 to fix the faucet. I agreed. He crouched down pushed up the hose screwed on the top and $635 (with my senior discount). Nothing was repaired or replaced. I protested on the price but I wrote the check. Obviously I know a plumber is expensive the minute they walk in the door but this was outrageous. If I had been treated fairly I would definitely have used their services again. That was not the case.

Showed up professionally looking, gave us multiple options to proceed with the leak, explained everything really well before doing any work. Answered any questions we had honestly and like he knew what he was talking about. Did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. 10/10 would hire again, although Felt like it was a little expensive for the job. That's the price you pay for phenomenal service I guess.
