  Went in with a clearly leaking tire, kid sitting outside said he’d take care of it… took the tire off and was back within 10 mins, put it back on, didn’t charge us and said “you’re good to go”. In 2 hours the tire was at 5 psi and the hole was clearly still there, leaking loudly. Had to change the tire ourselves to a spare in a parking lot. Thanks for the “free” service… had to go to a different location that did it correctly.

  I stopped in today after work to get a tire plugged ..3 employees sitting outs around 330 Pm..went in the store and was followed in by a smaller man(an employee) ..told him my problem and he said that he didn't have enough guys to do it..one plug in a tire..he followed me back out the door and before i pulled out (irritated) he went right back over to sit with the other 2 employees...so not enough guys to plug a tire, but they had plenty of time to sit out front smoking..

  Called today at 1:30 to make an appointment to get my tires rotated. Was told by the guy on the phone they had awesome availability today, no appointment needed, just come in before 5pm. I told him I planned to be there between 3:45 and 4. Showed up at 3:55. Not a single car being worked on in the bays, no cars in the lot, two grown men smoking cigarettes in the alignment bay with another grown women, all the showroom lights turned off. They looked surprised I was walking in for some reason, I told them of the phone call earlier in the day, and I was sent away and told they didn’t have enough staff to handle rotating my tires. In the time it took to have that interaction, while he was smoking his cigarette basically in the showroom at that point, he could have rotated the tires seeing as it literally takes less than 10 minutes to do. Crazy way to do business

  If you go here, ask for Eric. He is the only one that is willing to work and believes in “customer service!” Thank You Sir for attending to our needs in a professional manner. The other two guys didn’t want to be bothered with having to do work.
