- ZAZach ASep 9, 20251.0BEWARE. READ THIS. Tonia is a GRADE B LIAR. Horrible first time experience. She tried to charge me for a free oil change and tire balance. Took my truck to different tire discounters who confirmed no oil change nor balance was completed by Tonia. Tires are currently leaking air. Tried to change the price she quoted me. Will give you and appointment time and make you wait five hours. Took my truck in for new tires only and my wheel came out wobbling and is still. I have never met a bigger joke of a company ANYWHERE. Liars liars liars. Did nothing to fix my wheel. Now being investigated by a third party mechanic.

I haven’t been in almost a year (no need) and I call to get an alignment today, and was told they do not service teslas because “your car has cameras and we can’t adjust cameras” buddy, get real real fast. Teslas are no different than any other car as far as alignment goes. You guys have aligned my car on several occasions. I can even post the service manual if Yall would like to see the alignment has nothing to do with cameras 😂 whatever though, you just lost my business permanently. Keep in mind the amount of tires I buy, you lost that too 😂

- MSM SAug 16, 20255.0I had my oil changed by Valvoline. Valvoline broke my oil filter and created an oil leak but blamed Tire Discounters for work that Tire Discounters had done some *9 months* earlier. It seems unlikely to me that Tire Discounters caused the problem but I went to Tire Discounters for help. Tire Discounters showed me the damage that Valvoline had caused, including an actual hole in the filter housing. Even though Tire Discounters was not to blame, the manager Tonia at Tire Discounters took good care of me. She fixed the oil filter housing by buying and having delivered a new part (at her expense) and the changed my oil - all for free because she said I had run around enough today. Meanwhile, Valvoline is “opening a claim to investigate” my complaints and charging me for the oil I bought and wasted. Tonia has earned a customer for life! Thank you!
