The way I was just left at the front desk by Jaesun is ridiculous. He literally had myself and another customer waiting in the front just for him to play around in the work area with a customer. I am not sure what happened to the previous managers but they need to return! The only thing Jaesun could say is he is the only one working, which was not true at all. I was understanding until I watched him play around with a customer in the work area, not to mention the customer should have never been in there in the first place with open toe shoes.
