I’m not one to post reviews but I felt the need as this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this location. A month ago I took my son’s car to get new tires. He has a Dodge Charger with a lip. Well he makes sure he inspects his car before and after he drops it off anywhere. During this incident when we picked up the car he noticed the lip had 2 dents. And there was a scratch in the curb where they had parked the car. We went inside and immediately told the gentleman what we discovered. He came outside and took pictures and tried to blame my son for not telling them the car had this installed. I told him they deal with multiple cars and should treat each car as if it were their own and be more careful. They did replace the lip only after I called AGAIN to check the status of the situation.
This past week we take my husbands truck in for again 4 new tires. He drops it off at 2pm. Take it this is a work truck and I had called the previous day to order the tires which we were told would be there at 1pm. Well the wrong tires were delivered so they told us they had another set they could sell us at the same price. Well we’re heading out that night so we agreed. Come 5pm the truck was still not ready. At sat in the parking lot and watched as they were finishing the oil change and we finally received a call at 7:30 saying it would be ready in 15 minutes they had to do the alignment and would be finished soon. We expected an alignment to take longer than 8 minutes which is how long it took them to pull the truck out. So let’s think about that. We picked it up and we headed out of town. During our drive we hear something hitting the truck every so often and on our way back home we finally inspected the tires which had chunks of tire coming off. I was in disbelief as we had a long drive back home on a Sunday when they even open. In Monday when I called to discuss the situation they seemed to question the situation. They finally agreed to replace them with the tires I had originally ordered and gave me an appt at 1pm the next day. We dropped off the truck and this time… got it back around 4pm. This time with an actual alignment done to the truck. So I hope. When I picked it up one of the wheel caps was on TOP of the tire. Not even ON. I decided to go inside to show the manager who said yeah that the truck was old and they were lose. After telling him to press a little harder they were no longer lose. Please make sure you inspect your cars when you pick them up if you decide to still drop it off after this. I don’t think I will anymore. They are just too overwhelmed with work to take their time to do their jobs correctly.

Waited 2 1/2 hrs for 4 tires and a allingment. When I went to pay they allingment was for a 2020 chevy. I drive a 2025 Tundra. Then when that was fixed I went to truck to make sure tires were facing correctly. The white lube was covering wheels. So I cleaned them in parking lot. While doing so one wheel was chipped. They checked their cameras so say for the entire 2.5 hrs and saw nothing they did caused the damage. I won't be back!!! On another note while there a guy had been in the shop for 45 min and finally said just give me my car back. Should've done the same. Also a lady had here car towed their to be fixed and the guy at the counter said we can't fix that. Lady stated I called here and asked before I brought my car here. The gentlemen replied sorry whoever took the call must've misunderstood what was going on. But the tow guy shouldn't charge you for putting it back on and going across the street. So all in all these ppl need a better manager and time management. Had the pleasure of talking to Joe today. So after I looked on here to see if anyone complained about that guy. Sure enough 3 weeks ago a young lady did. Don't worry Alyssa apparently he's like that with everyone. My review went from the store is bad to the organization is bad. Like I stated before all management is bad.

I had a very disappointing experience speaking with Joe, who I later learned is the regional manager. From the start, his tone was arrogant and condescending — it genuinely felt like he was talking down to me, possibly because I’m a younger woman. When I told him I didn’t appreciate how he was speaking to me, he seemed to find it amusing rather than taking it seriously. It’s extremely unprofessional for someone in a leadership role to dismiss feedback and continue with a patronizing attitude. I expected much better, especially from a Regional Manager.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
