Told him I needed 4 Michelin cross climates, amazing tire by the way, and needed them today. He was patient in answering my 500 questions and help me understand correctly why it was worth it to by the road hazard. I knew they closed at 4 and Patrick without hesitation said “ come on in we will get you done today”. Wow, the shop closed at 4 and the entire team stayed till 6 to get us done. When I asked the manager JR and the young lady at the counter, I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name, they was sure they would get my vehicle done they both said we will stay and get it done with no attitudes. The service was so great I’m buying 4 more tires for my other car on Tuesday. Thank you again!

The services both times were great and the employees are very nice, but I STRONGLY suggest planning to drop your car off for services as I waited over 3 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. I just wish they would've let me know about the extended wait time when I checked my car in as I probably would've just taken an Uber home.
