I recently had a frustrating experience at a tire discounter where I went to get some brake work done. Unfortunately, I felt like they really let me down. After the service, I noticed some serious issues with my vehicle that were directly related to their work. It’s disheartening to think that my family's safety was put at risk because of their negligence.
When I reached out to them to discuss the problems, I was met with indifference. It felt like they didn’t care about fixing the damage or addressing my concerns at all. I was hoping for a resolution, but instead, it just felt like they did business in bad faith. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to feel confident and safe in your vehicle. My experience was far from what I expected, and I wish I had chosen a different shop.

Never had a bad experience until today. I had an appointment which because they couldn’t find, even though I had the confirmation code, they refused to honor and quoted me a few hours. I went up the road and was helped immediately elsewhere. Will most likely not be back.

After sales customer service is poor. They sold a cheap quality tires which started to cup with in a year or 6000 miles. When claimed for 1 year warranty they came up with lame excuses like suspension was not good. I had proof that suspension was changed last year with proof of receipt. But they did not honour 1 year tire warranty when tires stated . Would not recommend anyone and stay away...

Noone availe to patch a nail in a tire. That sucks. Found an option else where.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
