3 maybe 4 stars. The service is pretty good. But their sales tactics are a little gross. Constantly haggling, adding things, refusing to patch tires and pushing to have it replaced when it’s not necessary. Even going as far to say “it’s too close to the minimum”. So what’s the minimum tread, is it the minimum or close to the minimum.
Tire protection is one use, then you pay installation and another tire protection fee, they’re basically giving you a small discount if you use it, but big profits in the pocket when you don’t.

I went in probably 20 minutes before closing tonight with a nail in my tire. The staff were super friendly. They even ended staying open later after closing time to ensure that I had a vehicle to drive to work tomorrow morning.
Thank you Jess and all the friendly crew tonight.

Meant to write this up a couple weeks ago, but I had a great experience here. Stopped by in kind of an emergency needing a quick patch job. I had stopped at 3 places on the way there that all were all out of patches.
The guys were great; polite, professional, and informative. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with charging ports which was very helpful in the moment. I wanted to give a special thanks to Brett, who took me aside and was able to give me some great insight and set me up on a service plan for a few other things that they noticed. No pressure to force anything through that day which meant a lot because I was in a hurry and this stop had already set me back. Generally speaking just a great customer experience especially compared to everywhere else I had been. I am new to the area can tell you definitively that this location will be my go to as I start working through the things Brett pointed out.
Thanks again !

Eric and Jess were a huge help. Got a flat while out of town. Ordered tire and it was ready when they said it would be. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Discounter herd in Hendersonville. They mistreated me and my car. They broke several wheel studs and even lost a wheel cap which is unavailable for this type of classic rare car. What makes this worse is that the manager initially told me to bring the part in and they would fix it. When I followed through, they refused to honor their word.
This shows not only a lack of professionalism but also a disregard for the customer. Damaging a customer’s vehicle is bad enough, but refusing to take responsibility for it is unacceptable. I will not be returning here, and I would caution others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
