I purchased a new tire from another dealer and the next day I brought the corresponding paperwork to my local Tire Discounters store to hopefully arrange a claim for reimbursement. I spoke with Rick, service writer, both by phone and in person. He was unable to resolve the situation, referring me to the third-party road hazard warranty company whose Representative immediately turned me away. I went back in the store and spoke with Jo Bell Parker, Who took my information and began making phone calls To resolve the situation. Later in the day, I got a call from her telling me that I would be reimbursed for the price of the tire only plus tax. I am very thankful for Mrs. Parker’s Outstanding service and efforts to resolve my problem. However, the nature of the situation And the difficulty I experienced in resolving my problem will certainly cause me to shop elsewhere for my future tire needs. On behalf of other of Tire Discounters Customers, I strongly urge you to reconsider your current policies for honoring road hazards and similar motorist problems
