I have recently purchased my tires and I have been in for 2 oil changes. The first one wrote my mileage down completely wrong and reported it to cardfax. The second time I went in I had just had my front brakes repaired and was told the were a 6. I requested to have them remeasured and they were a 10. If they are just eyeballing this it is very bad customer service. We bring our cars in to the specialist and get this kind of service something is wrong with this picture. I am very disappointed and feel very taken advantage of!!!!! I bought an extended warranty on my tires, if I knew then what I know now, I would have reconsidered. I met the sales guy at my job and wanted to give you a chance but with this service I will not be recommending them to my co-workers,family or friends. Highly pissed!!!

Tire Discounters went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind. Costco said they couldn’t fix my tire and I needed 2 new tires. I then called Tire Discounters and they said to come right over and they would fix my tire tonight! They patched the tire and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes without an appointment. They were a life saver. They are the place to go for all of our car repairs. Nice to have reliable people around when you need them. I would trust them and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!!!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
