My husband and I took his car here to get a tire patched and an oil change a month ago it took 2.5 hours and was told there was no way to patch the tire so had to buy a new which was fine but the oil change and tire cost almost $300 aside that a week ago his oil light came on so he took his car to get the oil light addressed and the oil plus was most out and there was no oil in his car. He was told if he would have gone much longer he would have ruined his engine. We just bought the car a year ago not sure how u forget to tighten an oil polish when you had the car in service for almost 3 hours. Never will we return to this location posting to warn anyone if u need an oil change to avoid this shop

Brake job, didn’t bleed the brakes. Gave me a vehicle with no brakes. I couldn’t stop in the parking lot. Did anyone do a test drive?
I understand bad service, this was life threatening.

When traveling out of state recently, we suddenly experienced a problem with a new tire that started deflating. We realized that we were close to this Tire Discounters and pulled in to get assistance. We were warmly greeted. After explaining the situation, Bogdan, the General Manager, set to work to identify the problem, a corroded Tire Pressure Monitoring System that had not been replaced by the company installing the new tires. Bogdan quickly got this repaired.
We appreciated the warmth of his welcome, his immediate help, his clear explanations, the efficiency of the repair and his over-arching kindness. He transformed our issue into a very positive experience! Based on this, we highly recommend this Tire Discounters.

Had an appointment @10 for tire rotation and alignment sat there for an hour before my car even moved. Finally went in took another hour. No communication during or after as to why and when it’s taking so long until I asked. The workers move like snails there. While I was driving home my tire gauge warning light comes on stating low air pressure in the rear tires. Not sure what I paid $40 for when they can’t even put the right air pressure in my tires.

Bait and switch with free oil.
I purchased new tires here in part because they included a free future oil change. Tire change took a little longer than other places, and the tires were over pressurized (and unevenly, they just attached the compressor and went to town apparently); but I was otherwise happy.
I scheduled for the free oil change a few months later, and wound up arriving about 15 minutes early. Despite this, my oil change (the only thing I had asked for) wasn't completed until over an hour after the scheduled time. In the same amount of time I could have gone out, bought new oil/filter, and changed the oil myself like I normally do.
TL;DR not a fast service location.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
