Update. After asking to speak to a Regional manager twice and told that they don’t give out that information twice. I see that someone stating that they are the owner now wants me to provide my personal information including invoice number containing my home address on it.
Let me clarify.
I will do what it take to ensure NOT A SINGLE SOUL gets taken advantage of here.
If Corporate district doesnt reply, then regional manager then corporate or franchise emails will persist. This is unacceptable behavior. Loves should never be placed at risk for a set of front tires. EVER!
How many other have similar issues.
Maybe a law firm is a better place for my requests.
Will update later. Still no resolution without risk to my family and personal safety! Give these guys my home address! They must all be related and cousins!

(Note for Google) this is a real review !
How to begin… Arrive 7:55 and stand at door with other patrons watching the morning meeting. 8:00 am meeting over. 6’2” Bobby Hill employee meanders over and turns on closest computer, 6”4’ older employee turns on computer closest to door while a younger angry man opens the front door…8:03 no problem. Meet Bobby Hill ( literally ) inform him of tire leak front passenger side. 9 minutes later I hand him my keys and I exit for diagnosis.
Walk left of door and smaller older way angry man is shuffling tire displays into the front sidewalk with efficiency and verve… now I can see their entire bay and remaining employees setting up their stations.
My car arrives on back line and the tech gets out and goes for a cup of coffee. Still no issues.
8:14 am…. Still no issues… Tech returns to my car with long yellow jack, coffee and 2 pals….
Jack slide under my car and the three continue walking to the other side of the shop…
8:17 am …. Still no issues…. The three shuffle a few odds and ends around on multiple carts, countertops, etc…. Their conversation seemed lighthearted and comical in nature and the laughs and smiles followed. 8:21 am….. still no issues.
Car is lifted, lugs removed, tire rolls, employee fiddles with tire and scratches his head.
8:28 am…. Concerned with the head scratch yet… still no issues…
Tech approaches me and informed me that my tire already has a plug in it and he cannot “replug” over it. Trying not to laugh at the “replug” … I informed the Tech that in fact my tire had not ever been plugged for an issue of any kind ever. Yet he insisted. So I entertained his notions. I watched as he tried to pull something from the outside of the tire and almost flush to the road… that’s not a plug I explain and yet still he persists…
Now we have an issue.
He takes me to the Service manager who is out off by the interruption to his conversation and they both continue to the soapy spray bottle and air leak demonstration and “BOTH” of them along with Bobby Hill peeking through the sliding window into the shop begin to ramble off almost in cadence that they can replace my tire in 20 minutes for about 149.00 before tax but….. COULD NOT “REPLUG” my tire… and since my tires were worn that they could replace both from tires for 249.00 before tax in about 30 minutes.
Issues are EVERYWHERE NOW!!!
They put air in my tire and I left politely.
I drove for another hour and a half down HWY 75 all the way to KENNESAW…. To my DEALERSHIP… I manage and drove my car into one of my 8 service bays in the new car building…..
My TECHS… TECHS…. Real techs with REAL experience laughed instantly as did I
Why didn’t they remove the tire and patch it like they are supposed to?
BECAUSE THEY SELL TIRES NOT SERVICE!
Resolution.
I had a three inch piece of wood that had road tar Gunked all over it from the construction and new HWY on the 24/75 interchange.
They had to drill out the wood and plug, then patch my tire…
24 minutes from entry of bay to my car going to detail for a quick once over….
$10.45 later my tire is fine!
This place is not a Christian ran facility if this is their operating procedures!
I will never return to this facility for anything.
If I was on fire and they had a pool and fire extinguishers in their hand, I would run to Shell and ask to use theirs. If I ever need tire or car services in an emergency while commuting 115 miles one way to work again. I will continue down Signal Mountain road to Verizon and ask one of their cellphone techs for car help!

Nick and Craig at Tire Discounters helped me out so much! Came in earlier in the week looking for 18” 8x170 which is a little difficult to find some but Craig hooked me up gave me lots to choose from. Took just a couple days to get them in and once they did Nick hooked me up with a great deal on mounting and balance even threw in new lugs for my new wheels! Awesome job guys can’t wait to come back!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
How do I get a free alignment?
