I'd like to say I've had my vehicles serviced there for years, but nope, Joseph has taken care of my vehicles since 1997. He knows everything about motor vehicles. He's honest, the best Auto Technician ever. This past year, I purchased a used car that had massive issues. Joseph straight out told me what was urgently needed to be fixed, and what could wait, so I didn't break the bank. When I ask questions he explains issues with patience and respect. Family members and friends take their vehicles to him, because we, and so many of his customers, are life-long customers. We follow him to wherever he chooses to work. He always tries to assemble a great crew to work for him, and this store is no different. They are great. Yet the diamond, the glue, whatever you want to call him, is Joseph Craft. - MMmollsAug 11, 20251.0someone on the phone had told me that i could bring my car in to change my tires under a warranty for me because i had got them in MARCH and now thread is showing, i drove 2 hours risking my safety to get here, and come to find out, they all of a sudden will not do that for me. so now im stranded at tire discounters with a extremely threaded tire and UNHELPFUL people. very rude and very snarky. the “GM” joseph. is not nice at all, VERY snarky and seems like he hates his job

Both times, despite being booked solid, they kindly squeezed me in to get me back on the road. The kindness, expertise, and efficiency of the talented team that works here is top-notch--and rarely seen these days. They also fitted my car with a brand new set of tires when the time came due, and for an unbeatable price.
