  I recommend not taking your car to this shop. They told me my insurance would not cover the repairs for a simple radiator replacement which was a lie. All they wanted to do was charge me for the most expensive radiator money could buy and charge me 900 dollars. I am a 68 year old woman who just lost her husband so I guess they thought I was an easy target. My insurance company found me a shop two blocks from him and they are going to take care of me right. Next they would not release my car to the tow truck saying I owed for a diagnostic I don't believe they ever did but all taken care of thanks to car shield

  This is a store I would definitely not recommend to go for tires, the price of installation was more than the tire itself and only became more ludicrous if I had bought more than one. I would definitely not recommend and I will definitely not be returning. If it wasn't an emergency and didn't have a blown tire no way would I have ever purchased here, highly recommend going to other locations.

  Terrible experience. Car was towed in, but completely ignored for 3 days. Car sat immobile, in facility parking lot. Called numerous times to find out status of car. With each call, response was, “We cannot get to it today. We’ll have to wait until TOMMOROW.” At end of third day, I decided to have car towed again. This time it was to dealership service center. The car was promptly diagnosed and repaired at dealership. In summary; I informed service manager that I was from out of town, and needed to leave city. My plea for timely service was ignored, completely. Had to receive service, elsewhere. It appeared to me that unless you need tires or an oil change, your business is not wanted. So please, do not waste your time at this place. You are not appreciated!
