  I purchased a tire in June. No one asked me if I wanted hazard on it because I do if they ask and thought I was covered. The tire just popped and I went to the tire center thinking it would be replaced. They said it wasn’t covered because I didn’t buy road hazard. I explained I was never asked and they refused to help. I have purchased tires there many times and would tell people to go there. Monro refuses to help me too. Terrible customer service! Will buy tires elsewhere!

  Books appointments when they only have 1 worker lol. This place is a joke.

  They knew they had us over a barrel, and overcharged us for everything. What should have taken no more than a few hours, took three days, knowing we were hours away from home and had no choice. They broke pieces because they didnt take them off correctly. Gave us an exorbitant estimate and nearly doubled it. AWARE!!
