  Third time I have used this location. Prices are on par with everyone else, service associates have always been great to work with, and I’ve never been hit up with surprises.

  Woman in office was dishonest , lied about the buy 1 get 1 tires sale , said it was done ( I had the flyer which stated it was good til 31 st of oct . She treated her coworker very bad in front of me . He goal was purely to get me to spend the most amount of $ . By being sneaky and dishonest . I’ve been going there for yrs ! And I will not be going back !

  My experience started with a tire rotation, for a Tesla model S 2019 . After the tire rotation, I could not drive my car at 80 miles an hour without it feeling like The wheels were gonna come off, from so much vibration. Call and spoke with one of the managers he kindly said to bring it in and they would do a balance for free set up an appointment for the next day, when I got there, they said there was no appointment set up and the person that promised me that he would rectify the situation was not working that day. So they told me if I were to get a balance on these tires, they would have to charge me $15 a tire. One of the managers came out says I’m in the store manager and will do your favor and charge you only $29. I said if that will fix my problem, I’ll gladly pay it. About two hours later. They came out and told me I needed new tires, And that day would not balance my tires unless I bought new tires at $300 apiece. I told them I just wanted to rectify the vibration that I was experiencing. They said that I had to purchase new tires or they would switch the tires back to their original places to stop the vibration and it did so but I will never have another tire repair or anything else with this company again because of this Manager. I did get to speak with corporate and they offered me to go to another tire Choice service center to see if they would rotate the tire and if they thought that the tires that I had on there were OK Balance. I felt that the tires had at least 50% of the Trey that was on there from a year ago when I purchased a car just not happy with the company or their business practices.
