The man there said he would have to get authorization for my road hazard warranty. I sat for two hours waiting for authorization. Finally I just bought a tire for my truck for the one that should have been covered.

He was huffing and puffing and breathing like I was such an inconvenience. It was obvious that I wasn't wanted there so I told him to give my keys back and I left. Terrible customer service. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!!!
