  Worst experience! Dropped off for a scheduled appointment at 9 am. Oil change. Tried to call back to check status, no answer and mailbox is full. Get a call back 2.5 hours later that still not done. Call back at 230, no answer. Call back at 330. Car still not on rack, I ask what is happening? He gets upset because I’m questioning him and he hangs up on me. He calls me back at 430 but I’m so angry I don’t answer. I pick my car up the next day at 430. Told them what happened. Do not go here. I have talked to other Clayton residents and all had a terrible experience.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center. About 11 months ago, I purchased two tires and paid extra for the 3-year extended warranty for peace of mind. Two weeks ago, I got a flat tire and contacted them immediately. They scheduled me a week out, then rescheduled me twice. After all that, I finally went in first thing in the morning on the 4th of July — only to be told that they wouldn’t honor the warranty I paid for and that I’d have to pay full price for the replacement. This completely defeats the purpose of purchasing a warranty in the first place. I expected professional service and accountability, but instead I got delays, runaround, and ultimately no support when I actually needed it. It’s unacceptable to sell a warranty and then refuse to honor it when the customer follows all the right steps. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

  we were gifted a Groupon for an oil change tire /rotation. We dropped off the car around 1115 and I was told that I would get periodic updates throughout the day. They called wants to say that an extra charge was going to be added for extra oil and that the car would be going on the lift soon for the rotation. This was early in the afternoon and we were told that it was getting worked on . Finally at five , I called to see what the timeframe would be because I knew that they closed soon and they said to just come down. When we got there at almost 6:00, the car was up on the lift. I’m only giving one star for the girl at the front desk because she was very kind and helpful but that’s about it. Would never use this service in the future.

  I took my car here for a coolant issue and was given a replacement water pump, which broke the day after it was replaced. When I asked for a refund I was told I would need to tow the car to their shop and have them replace it there. Although the staff was friendly, it was upsetting that they did not resolves the issue and did not offer any sort of refund. Update: I have been without my car for nearly a week because of this place. I took it here to get a problem fixed, and am ending up having to pay over $3500 dollars in repairs at a dealership because I don’t trust the work they’ve done here. I don’t want to tow my car back to them to get a refund after BOTH the water pump and thermostat they replaced were faulty and need replacement. Also tried to call their customer service line and was sent to voicemail. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Gotta be the worst place ever took my daughter's car there. They charged more than advertised, kept the car all day. All day from 11 to close and on top of that, they got my daughter's pink steering wheel cover, covered in grease, never going back fellas. Don't let your wife Take the car there because yes, they're going to try and take advantage of her. Trash
