  Called the day before to set an appointment and to make sure they had the right tire. Came in and the customer service was amazing! They made small talk and for just 1 tire they estimated a 15 min job, which felt like 5! Service was fast, will definitely be recommending family and friends. Kacey was the employee who helped me and she was so sweet and explained the whole process to me in terms I would understand.

  I waited for four hours to get my car fixed when the mechanic went to check his friends car who came after I did in the parking lot while I was still waiting for my car. The mechanic continue talking to his friends like my car didn’t mattered. I talked to the manager, the mechanic argued with me and they didn’t fix my car. I went back the next day to wait another three hours for them to fix my car. When they finished my car, my check engine light went on which never happens since my check engine light was off when I got there. I went to the shop to get alignments, not to check engine and suspiciously, my check engine light went on.
