  Absolutely great customer service and staff. Had a flat tire and needed a new one mounted and balanced. They got me in as soon as possible and did a quick professional job to get me on my way. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

  They fixed my worn out tie rod and tie rod end boot, and replaced my old tires with these Falken wildpeak a/t trail terrain tires that I requested. I’ve worked with them in the past and they’re very communicative and professional, but and cool and kind. Definitely going with them again. Chris is a great guy. I recommend this place.

  Last Friday, I was on my way to Hocking Hills, when I discovered that my tire pressure light had come on. I pulled over in a gas station and added air to all of my tires but minutes later, the light came on again. As it was approaching six o'clock in the evening, my options were limited but I found that Tire Choice in Marion was open until 7. I managed to pull in and parked in front of the bays. I entered the store and explained my dilemma: I'm driving all the way from Toledo to Hocking Hills and cannot leave the car overnight. The manager on duty, Christopher Jones, explained that he had eight cars which were waiting for service but he would get me in. He pulled a tech who was finishing a car and had him pull my car in. As I expected, it was the damaged valve stem (this has been a chronic problem over the past couple of years) and they replaced it with a metal stem instead of rubber. The tires were also examined and I was told of some damage to the affected tire I would need to get checked out. I was grateful I was able to get this taken care of in the meantime and took out my credit card to pay. Chris waved it away, saying he wouldn't charge me, not for the part nor for the labor. I was beyond pleasantly surprised at this. I wish I had had cash on hand in order to pay the tech, Starkey, a tip but since I didn't, I promised to write a review which would demonstrate my appreciation of their service. If I am ever in the area again and need auto service, I will definitely keep them in mind.
