After what I been through with auto stores, I was greatful to pull I to this shop. Please go there.

I was dreading negotiating my tire replacement across some really bad customer support systems from other vendors when Mike encouraged me to drop in - they are close to where we live - and later that afternoon I was happily on the road again with a tire replacement that was actually a bit lower cost than the 2 quotes I'd managed to get elsewhere. And BTW the people who had chosen to wait at the shop seemed to be well looked after.

I was charged over $18 for “shop supplies”! What a ripoff. $18 for a paper towel and a spray of cleaner!?!? When I asked on the phone why the total was so high, I was told the flat repair was $45. RIDICULOUS! But I didn’t ask in advance and I needed the tire fixed. The shop supplies were a LUDICROUS $18.92. The synthetic oil charge was $141.05. My total for a synthetic oil change and flat repair was $215. I was charged TWICE for labor and balancing on the flat repair. One labor charge for $20 and another for $9.39. I don’t mind paying for quality work, but this is stealing, in my opinion. Stupid TIRE CHOICE. Today you gouged me for a few extra dollars. Now I’ll go elsewhere for my tires and brakes.
