  worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. the manager agreed to doing my tires, then the technician completely refused to do the job. he stood there yelling and cussing me out for 20 minutes, before the manager said he would do it himself. im a 90 lb 20 year old girl and i genuinely cannot believe the way this grown man yelled at me. he definitely hits his wife if he even has one. im absolutely disgusted and shocked. going into a mechanic shop as a young lady is already intimidating enough.
