  Initially, I was upset because they didn’t have the tires I needed in stock, even though I call multiple times to confirm before having my car towed there. However, Alfonso made sure to get them deliver the next morning and made sure I was taken care of and not overcharged.

  Service was quick and easy. However, after receiving my car there were multiple scratches in the leather and steering wheel. In addition, a one centimeter cut in the center console was new. We made note of this immediately and an employee took photos. We were instructed to call the manager, for which we attempted to four times without any response. If we received at least a response that could have been sufficient, but the lack of communication seems unprofessional.

  Indoor management and mechanic staff are the best. Each and everytime I go there they are super helpful and take thorough care of my vehicles. I send my whole family there when they have car issues also. They haven't disappointed me yet. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the great service given. Best Tire Choice in Hillsborough County by far!!

  Service was pretty decent, the only thing that ruins the experience is the company insisting on using a call center and allowing appointments to stack. I set an appointment for 11, arrived at 10:40 and the repair wasn't done until 4:20. I cannot say anything negative about the staff, just the process being needlessly convoluted.

  I just had really bad experienced at this shop!!! I brought my car for oil change knowing that it will be done in a couples hours so I left and leave my car, but I called that I will be picking up the next day early morning. When I get there the next day to pick it up, they didn’t even start the process! How prostrating it was when you expected your car was being taking care of😡 Never come back to this shop!!!! Not even worth to give 1 star😡
