I contacted the Better Business Bureau who was able to get me a refund of $374.50. In their statement, they claimed that they were sorry that the warranty was not honored. You would visually be able to tell a difference and struts that were six months old versus ones that had over 180,000 miles on them. The manager walked me under the car and pointed them out to me, they were never replaced during the first visit. There’s no way this was a warranty issue.

I had a nail in my tire, I pulled in there on a whim and they literally had me fixed and on my way in less than 15 minutes! My husband has been going to Tire Choice for years for his routine maintenance on all of his vehicles and never once has had a bad experience. Keep up the good work, Tire Choice!!!

I had no idea where to go for help as I wasn’t in an area I was familiar with, my cell phone was dying… I felt a bit overwhelmed. I had no spare tire as I have run flat tires and wasn’t sure how far or how fast I could drive on them. The staff literally rescued me!
