When I got to the store, the guy checking me in said “we will get to it as soon as possible”. He said that there were 4 cars in front of me and that I would have a long wait. Then made it a point to tell me it was my fault for making my appointment online. I left and will never bring my car there again.

- DGDarin GriesOct 15, 20251.0Don’t ever go here!!!!!! I can’t get a lug off that they installed 1 year ago with my Milwaukee 2967-20 1/2 high torque impact wrench!! There’s no need to tighten them this tight!! They also said this screw was in the sidewall so road hazard wouldn’t cover the tire! Plus they scratched up my rim and stole my valve caps and installed cheap plastic mismatched ones. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 😡😡😡😡
- RARich AndersonOct 13, 20251.0I have been using them for a number of years. This last visit was very disappointing. I had them replace all the tire pressure sensors in my Jeep Wrangler. The tires i bought from them last year and they have an aggressive tread, and tend to pick up the bigger rocks. I asked if they could rebalance the wheels after replacing the pressure sensors. Fast forward... I go to pick the car up and noticed rocks still in the main tread lines. I asked if they ballanced the tires and was told yes... I said so you don't pull the bigger rocks out when you balance wheels.... He said no, they are not going to spend the time to pull all the rocks out of tires... I get that, but how about the big ones in the main tread that will fly out when I drive.... guess not.... That is good information to know for getting wheels balanced from Tre Choice. When you are driving down the road and wonder why they are out of balance when I just had them balanced..
