We waited until 2:30 to ask when they would get to my car. The guy at the computer said when the finished with a Cadillac. We walked to get a coffee, and returning had still not started my service. We told the guy what's the use in making an appointment if they weren't going to honor it. I don't mind waiting a bit because I know things happen, but my time is as important as any one's. I had other appointments, so I left. I drove to Jiffy Lube where I was seen in an appropriate amount of time. They even gave me a 30 dollar off coupon. I was extremely dissapointed in your service as of yesterday.
