This was the first time I had gone to tire choice auto. They got me in at the last minute when two manufacturer dealerships could not get me in until the following week. Tire choice hooked up my car, checked the error code and he advised that the crank case ventilation system disconnected. And because I had just over 30,000 miles, he cleaned it up, hooked it up and did not charge me a thing; it took all of five minutes! He could’ve very easily charged me a lot of money. All I can say is God bless! I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of that individual who helped me! I will certainly be back when my vehicle needs service. Thank you so much!

The website advertises one price, but the actual price is a lot more for a simple oil change.

Mike, the manager on-site, is an absolute pleasure to work with. Customer service is the pinnacle of this shop, and it’s obvious from the moment you first speak to them. They go above and beyond and are extremely professional.

DO NOT GO HERE! WILL SCAM YOU INTO THINKING YOU NEED UNNECESSARY WORK DONE. I gave 2 stars for how nice they were. But will never go back to them again. Did rear rotors and brakes. Forgot to put a pin back in the rear when doing this work. Said I needed new calipers and hoses on the rear. When I said just replace the brakes and rotors they did not put back an object on the rear side. So they removed it in hopes I wouldn't be able to leave the lot. Absolute nonsense and could have ended really bad not only for myself but others around while I drove it. Took it to another mechanics shop and found all that out. Plus didn't even need new calipers and hoses. Just cleaning of the boots and ball bearing in the front replaced. Have tried calling the 800 number corporate said to call. When connected, a lady Anita picks up, but her phone breaks up and you will be hung up on. Need a person to speak to to get this resolved ASAP.

I left my vehicle there and the front desk person told me that it would be an hour and a half. This was fine, I planned for such a thing. I get a phone call about an hour and a half later. Your employee tells me that they put holes in my old tires to prevent thieves from stealing them. The employee then informs me that the tires I ordered are the wrong size and that unfortunately he will have to charge me $640 in addition to put new tires on. This makes me very upset obviously. I return to your establishment. The employee explains that I ordered the tire through goodyear and they are not affiliated with goodyear. While he is explaining, there is a sign behind him that says gooyear. There is a sign on the outside that says goodyear. It clearly appears that Tire Choice is affiliated with Goodyear. He explains that I will have to go through Goodyear to get a refund and that he will charge me $640 to put new tires on my vehicle. I am angry and I let him know that he effectively stranded my vehicle there. He did not allow me to decide if I wanted to pay the $640 because he damaged my old tires effectively stranding my vehicle. He tells me that I could crawl in their dumpster to get my old tire that are full of holes or call a tow truck. As you can imagine this was not a good de-escalation tactic, I became even more angry. I told him to put tires on my vehicle so I could leave. Eventually after 3 hours, tires were put on. Once my vehicle was returned to me, I inspected the new tires. I noticed that 3 of the tires were Kelly and 1 was a Goodyear. Through all of this drama and bs, I, the customer was blamed for the mistake, was at the place twice as long, and the tires couldn't even match. Not sure if this Tire Choice policies or this employees way to clear inventory and make money but I believe this store is scamming people and I will be reporting it to the BBB.
