  There its not honesty here I came to do a alignment he tell me need a part for fix my issue I bring the part he tell me no going to be extra charge to do the alignment again but he charge $200 for labor went they tell me before it’s was goin to be around $90 per labor hour and up top of that the keep me there for 4 hour straight went he took only 20 minutes to do the job and he tell I have to bring the car back so they can finish the alignment this is insane and my receipt only say miscellaneous no description on it great I lose my hole day there so wandering how much more I’m going to be waiting to bring the car so they can finished it waist of time and money

  I made an appointment with Tires Choice Zephyrhills on 9/08/2025 to have tires installed on my new rims. Once I arrived, the guy at the counter asked me what tire size I needed to which I told him I had no idea, I had given my vehicle information over the phone when I made the appointment and they said they had the tires in stock. He stated that he couldn't help me and advised me to google it. I did and selected tires based on google. Needless to say the tires did not fit. They are about 4 sizes too wide and 2 sizes too tall, the tires rub on all four wheels. I reached out and let them know about this issue, and the store manager Corey recommended that I contact their local welding buddy to have my vehicle raised so that the tires would fit. I asked if they could just take the wrong tires back, give me tires that fit, and I would gladly pay the difference. He told me the only way he would consider it is if I reached out to Matt Smith at The Welding Shop in Zephyrhills and Matt told me his opinion on what I should do about the tires and my suspension and then let him (Corey) know. Here's where I will point out that my husband mounted the tires on the vehicle in my garage at home, so they have been driven approximately 15 feet total. Once we began to pull out of the garage we heard the rub and immediately backed in and called Tires Choice. I am currently working with their corporate office for resolution, but have been given the run around, and they have advised me to get quotes from other tire dealers to submit to them. This does not make business sense, nor does it make me feel like there will be any resolution. Tires Choice in New Tampa on BBD is a great store, and I would have gone there, but their large tire press has been broken for over six months and corporate will not approve the money to repair or replace. So if you need tires, and you respect integrity, go to Tire Kingdom or Firestone. They at least teach their employees how to properly fit tires.

  I was a walk in and they repaired my tire right than. Highly recommend this place. Awesome employees... Will be back soon with other vehicles.

  I am sitting here not even at this place ... I am over by Great Clips... and I am beyond OFFENDED at the music coming out if this place. There are children out here and it is that disgusting rap that is nothing but cuss words and body parts. Do better Disgusting

  My daughter needed tires and also had bad front end issues with her racket pinion so she randomly took her car to Tire Choice in Zhills. Cory assessed and fixed her issues perfectly. The cost was pretty resonable.to for all the hard work Cory did so when my brake light kept coming on in my car although I had brakes , I took my car to Cory at Tire Choice. He got my car right in. Cory found the issue , fixed the issue . Really nice guy, all of them were. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Tire Choice in Zhills.
