I paid $575 for a strip and some vinyl work, but the result did not meet my expectations at all. The quality wasn’t what I was promised, and the overall experience was frustrating. Be very clear and specific with the owner — he tends to twist your words, and once you’ve paid upfront, it’s nearly impossible to get a refund or have the job corrected properly. I expected professionalism and care for that price, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed.

I brought in my Audi Q7 for window tint, emblems, front headlights smoke and back light tail light ppf), and after nearly two months and three or four drop-offs, the work was still unfinished and the quality got worse. The film on the front headlights started peeling off, the rear emblem came loose, and one of my front headlights was scratched during their installation. I repeatedly called and went in person to follow up, but most of my calls went unanswered. On one visit, the manager literally locked the door and drove off while I was trying to speak with him about my car. Their lack of professionalism and accountability caused damage to my car and wasted a huge amount of my time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
