Ryan went over the options and pricing details with me, so I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8 a.m. I did arrive about ten minutes late but apologized to the front desk guy (not Ryan). I looked at the tint options, then stepped out to my car to review my final decision. When I came back in, the front desk guy asked what time I needed my car done. I said I could pick it up as soon as it was finished. He was on the phone almost the entire time I was there. I’m not sure if I caught them on a bad day, seemed annoyed both to me and whoever he was on the phone with. He asked what time I needed to pick up and I said whenever it’s done. He seemed annoyed at that and said well you were late. I realized I wasn’t welcome here as a customer so initially I said I could reschedule and he asked me for when. I said I’d call and walked right out of there. I thought, *why would I reschedule here?* You guys lost a customer today. I called my other option in Escondido, and they took me in with no appointment…. and I already got my car done for less than what I was quoted at TW. **Buyers beware! There are other options out there!**
