- PLPaco LozanoAug 15, 20251.0Well not happy with Tintworld the installer broke my phone holder , they didn’t install my radio correctly there’s a 1/2 inch gap on one side , radio sucks you have to keep resetting it they said they installed new speakers I don’t know if they did doesn’t sound that great there communication skills and the way they treat a customer is horrible they don’t call you back and I waited 2 months for my radio to get installed it’s ridiculous I don’t recommend them they should get shut down. There thief’s didn’t even offer to help me switch the radio for a different one might take them to court.if you take pride take pride make it right with me.

The staff got rude and defensive when we pointed out issues like visible dust on almost every window, deep scratches on the $200 windshield tint, and hard water spots splattered all over the interior. They didn’t even bother cleaning the windows after the install, and they put a deep scratch in the leather on the door panel – looks like they took a heat gun to it trying to fix their mistake. When we brought up the damage, they blew us off saying they’d check the cameras but never got back to us – zero follow-up or accountability. 1 star, avoid this place.
