  Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently got tints for my new car at Tint World, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Chris was the one who helped us, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the different tint options and even let me sit in his own car so I could see firsthand what the tint level we were considering looked like. That really helped us feel confident in our decision. Chris also carefully walked us through what to expect before we left the car with them, which we really appreciated. They kept us updated during the process and gave us a call when the job was done. Excellent customer service and great quality work — highly recommend!

  Back in August, I gave Justin, managing partner of Tint World, Edison, NJ, an ambient interior lighting kit, purchased from a distributor back in December, 2024, to be installed in a 2020 Mercedes Benz C 300. After an acceptable price was agreed upon, the installation ATTEMPT was made within a few days later. The car was left there for 2 consecutive days because the kit just wouldn't respond to the installation instructions. Justin and his team tried VERY hard to get this (basic) lighting kit to work as designed but to no avail. The car was delivered once again the next week after Justin talked with the distributor, but, after reviewing the installation methods used, including Justin forwarding a video of his actions, recommended getting in touch with the manufacturer in China. No other suggestion was offered. Not giving up, Justin finally talked with the manufacturer (in China) and it was concluded that the wrong lighting kit, sold to me from the distributor, was the wrong one for the car (there were 2 choices of kits for this car model......and the distributor sent me the wrong one last December AFTER assuring me that it was the correct one). Still undaunted, Justin took on correcting the matter into his own hands. He PERSONALLY made the arrangements with the manufacturer and somehow managed to obtain a correct lighting kit AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! Yesterday, September 24, 2025, the correct replacement kit was installed, as the old kit had to be removed, and FINALLY, the replacement ambient light kit worked as designed. REALLY A BEAUTIFUL JOB!!! My point here is to stress how Justin, and his team at Tint World, Edison, made every effort imaginable to make the installation a success, even after learning the kit initially given to them BY ME was the wrong one, destined to fail. Essentially, they made MY problem THEIR problem and would not settle for anything less than success!!! Now, really, what kind of service can you EVER get that's better than that? If you have needs for ANY of their offered services, don't waste your time and money talking to anyone else. You'll simply never find a business like Tint World, Edison, NJ that will provide a better service to you that, you must admit, is TRULY unheard of today. When they make your problem THEIR problem, you'll NEVER lose. Do yourself a favor: Get the BEST by THE BEST!!!!!
