Jen took great care of my issue in a few short minutes by doing a graceful, "warm handoff" to someone in Claims and I resolved my problem quickly & efficiently. 5 stars isn't enough, I would give Jen 10 stars because she saved me the hassle of talking to several people on the "phone tree". She made it easy and I am most grateful.
